In-Total-Control is a boutique consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering highly complex process control systems that meet with all stakeholder requirements. In-Total-Control realise that most IT based projects do not achieve all of these goals. Early on in each project, In-Total-Control’s consultants interview every stakeholder, to identify their different needs. Following this, they closely manage the relationships with the key stakeholders, keeping them abreast of the project as it develops. In-Total-Control believes that well informed clients are an essential part of the process if all of the project goals are to be achieved.

Once business drivers, project risks and user requirements are fully understood, appropriate levels of funding can be sought to design and develop, a system in line with the client’s full requirements.
